The tool that not only generates AI results – but also checks them

Precise control: Adjust halo effects, scenarios and channel parameters in real time

The AI prompt feature in MyStrategyPlan is not just an input assistant – it is a strategic interface between
human expert knowledge and mathematical validation.

Prompt entries are only stored in the browser for the duration of the session (sessionStorage) – keep the tab open.
Data is stored in the browser’s localStorage (can be saved) – save and download a backup.

The result isn’t just an AI strategy. It’s your strategy – mathematically validated.
For your security, using your own API key from Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic.
(Intelligent AI prompt control – internet connection required)

The AI feature in YourValidator serves solely as an input aid. It does not perform web searches, nor does it conduct independent analyses, evaluations, or draw conclusions. Expanding its capabilities to include web research or analysis would increase token consumption without yielding any demonstrable gains in quality or security.
The feature populates input fields with estimated reference values based on the underlying language model’s general industry knowledge. These values serve as non-binding starting points for your own calculations and are not verified or validated facts.
You use your own API key (“Bring Your Own Key”). Your inputs are transmitted directly to the provider you select and are not routed through our servers. The API key is stored exclusively locally in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers; we have no access to it whatsoever.
The user remains solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, plausibility, and legal assessment of the entered or generated data.

AI prompt input: strategy development and tool control

Describe your requirements in plain language: industry, budget, target audience, seasonality, market position.
The AI recognises the context, selects industry-standard benchmarks as a starting point, and populates all relevant fields –
including halo sources, saturation limits and timeline parameters.
What follows is not a result – it is a starting point. Fields marked in yellow show where the AI has estimated industry figures.

Your task: replace the relevant fields with your actual figures.
Each correction made via a follow-up prompt refines the model in a targeted manner – without affecting the rest.

!  Please manually deactivate the channels you do not wish to include in the calculation.

The trigger words are: “create,” “add,” “I need,” “set up,” “add.”

Create Your Own Channel Strategy Without Default Channels Using AI

Would you like to create a completely custom strategy without the preset default channels?
Here’s how to do it:

1. Disable all default channels using the toggle buttons in the tool.

2. Enter a prompt containing the word “create,” for example:

“Create 4 channels for a marketing strategy for a painter in New York”

 or:

“Create 3 channels for a gym in Miami with a focus on local visibility”

3. The AI creates the channels and estimates all values based on its industry knowledge.
Estimated values are highlighted in yellow in the tool—
review and adjust them based on your own judgment.

Note:
The AI can create a maximum of 5 channels per prompt. All AI values are guidelines,
not verified facts—your expertise is what matters.

© 2026 · YourValidator.de – The Original Strategy Model

This reference describes all AI features of YourValidator. It is based on the implemented code and contains no plans for the future.

One principle applies to every feature: the AI enters inputs, estimates missing values as benchmarks and drafts suggestions. It does not calculate results. Customers, costs, saturation, goal back-calculation and simulation are always calculated by the tool itself with its fixed formulas. The same inputs therefore always produce the same results, whether a value was entered by hand or by the AI.

Requirements and data protection

All AI features require your own API key from one of the supported providers. AI Analysis (AI prompt) can be used without a Pro licence; the AI suggestion in the simulation and the AI Interpretation are Pro features. The key is stored only locally in your browser. With each request it goes directly from your browser to the selected provider, never to YourValidator. What is sent is your text and the current inputs of the tool; how the provider handles them is governed by the provider's terms.

Supported providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT) and Google (Gemini).

For each provider the tool offers a selection of current models, with a recommended model preselected. As providers update their models frequently, this reference does not name individual models. You can also enter your own model ID for each provider, for example for a newly released model; it takes precedence over the selection. If several keys are stored, the order is Anthropic → OpenAI → Gemini. If a provider does not respond within 30 seconds, the tool cancels the request and shows a message.

1. Creating channels

The AI creates new channels only when you explicitly ask for it. At most 5 new channels can be created per prompt; further ones are not created.

Trigger words

  • English: create, add, I need, set up
  • German: erstelle, füge hinzu, ich brauche, leg an, hinzufügen

Without one of these words the AI mentions suitable channels in its reply at most, but does not create them.

Channel name and internal ID

Any name is allowed. The internal ID is created automatically: lower case, spaces become underscores, special characters are removed.

NameInternal ID
Radio Munichradio_munich
Google Adsgoogle_ads
SMS Campaign 1sms_campaign_1
Trade Fair (London)!trade_fair_london

Channel type

TypeDetected from
Paid / CPCGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, “Ads” or “CPC” in the name, performance marketing
Referralgolf club, association, network, referral, partner, cooperation, personal contact, membership club
Standardradio, TV, print, SMS, WhatsApp, podcast, YouTube, trade fair, event, newsletter, influencer, cold outreach and all others

Duplicate channels

If a channel with the same name or ID already exists, it is not created again. Existing channels remain unchanged; a short message tells you so.

2. Filling channels

For new and existing channels the AI fills the input fields. It takes figures you state exactly as given; only missing values are filled as benchmarks.

Standard channels and custom standard channels

FieldKey (example SEO)
Volume / reach (stage 1)seo.stufe_1_volumen
Click, open or response rate (stage 2)seo.stufe_2_rate
Click to lead (stage 3)seo.stufe_3_rate
Lead to conversion (stage 4)seo.stufe_4_rate
Monthly budgetseo.budget_monat_eur
Creation time (months)seo.erstellungszeit_monate
Ramp-up time (months)seo.anlaufzeit_monate
Inflection point of the ramp-up curve (% of ramp-up time)seo.wendepunkt_prozent
Halo sourcesseo.halo_sources

The internal keys are German and end in “_eur”, but they always refer to the currency selected in the tool.

Paid channels (standard channel “Paid” and custom paid channels)

Paid channels work with a daily budget and cost per click. Internally: daily budget × 30 = monthly budget.

FieldKey
Daily budget[id].tagesbudget_eur
Cost per click[id].cost_per_click_eur
Click to lead (%)[id].stufe_3_rate
Lead to conversion (%)[id].stufe_4_rate

If you state a daily budget, the AI sets tagesbudget_eur (100 means 100 per day, i.e. 3,000 per month). If you state a monthly budget for the standard channel “Paid”, the tool converts it into a daily budget itself. A monthly amount is never entered as a daily budget.

Custom referral channels

FieldKey
Referrals per month[id].stufe_1_volumen
Response rate (%)[id].stufe_2_rate
Contact to lead (%)[id].stufe_3_rate
Lead to conversion (%)[id].stufe_4_rate
Monthly budget[id].budget_monat_eur

Source of values

FieldKeyValues
Source of values[id].herkunft_werte“gemessen” (measured), “erfahrungswert” (experience-based), “schaetzung” (estimate) or empty (not specified)

The AI only sets this field if you explicitly state the source of a channel’s values in your prompt. It never derives it from its own estimates or benchmarks – you can recognise its estimated values by the yellow marking. The field has no effect on the calculation. The key and its values are German in all language versions, so backups remain interchangeable.

3. Saturation

The saturation fields are optional. The AI fills them only if you state market size, audience, capacity or click potential, or explicitly ask for an estimate. Without a potential the channel is calculated linearly; the tool marks this as optimistic.

FieldKeyMeaning
Max. rate[id].potenzial_max_rate_prozentHighest achievable average rate at stage 2, e.g. for SEO the max. average CTR across the search volume considered. Not a peak value of individual keywords.
Upper limit[id].potenzial_obergrenzeMaximum reachable contacts per month (audience, contact database, partner network, region, capacity). The main field for all channels except SEO and paid; must be above today's reach.
Max. clicks[id].potenzial_max_klicks_monatPaid only: maximum achievable clicks per month.
Reference[id].bezug_artWhich budget your values apply to: “geplantes_budget” (planned budget), “budget” (with a reference budget) or “erster_euro” (first dollar, paid only).
Reference budget[id].bezugsbudget_eurMonthly budget your values apply to.
Doubled budget[id].zuwachs_bei_doppeltem_budget_prozentOptional: how many percent more customers a doubled reference budget brings. Empty = default shape.

A potential must be above the channel's current customers. If it is not, the tool reports this in the channel box and in the validation.

4. Action channels (Flights)

For all channels except paid, the AI can set the time frame “action”, for example for a trade fair, an event or a yearly campaign. It does so only if you describe such a one-off or yearly measure.

FieldKeyMeaning
Time frame[id].zeitraum_art“laufend” (ongoing, default) or “aktion” (action)
Start month[id].aktion_startmonatMonth counted from the strategy start
Duration[id].aktion_dauer_monateActive months per action (default 1)
Repetition[id].aktion_wiederholung“keine” (none) or “jaehrlich” (every 12 months)
Lag[id].wirkung_verzoegerung_monateMonths until the customers arrive (default 1)
Decay[id].wirkung_abklingrateDistribution of the customers over the following months (default 50 %)

For an action, the budget field is the budget per action. Funnel values, potential and reference apply to one active month; ramp-up curve and seasonality do not apply. Customers after the end of the strategy are not counted.

5. Halo sources

The AI can set halo sources for any channel: additional customers that one channel generates via another.

ParameterMeaning
fromSource channel (ID, e.g. pr)
pctShare of the source channel's customers who additionally come via this channel, as a total over time. 15 means 15 additional customers per 100 customers of the source. Typically 5 to 30; 50 and above only with your own attribution data. Negative values represent cannibalisation.
lagMonths until the effect starts
decayDistribution after onset in % per month; 0 = everything in the first month

Halo customers after the planning period are not counted in the total result; the tool shows them separately.

6. Ramp-up curve

The AI sets default values per channel type and deviates from them only if you state other values.

ChannelCreation timeRamp-up timeInflection point
SEO2 months6 months65 %
PR / content1 month4 months50 %
Social media03 months40 %
Email01 month25 %
Offline02 months45 %

Podcast2 months8 months55 %
YouTube1 month5 months45 %
Trade fair / event0010 %
Cold outreach01 month20 %
Influencer02 months30 %
Newsletter1 month2 months25 %

The inflection point indicates when within the ramp-up time the effect grows fastest: low = fast, high = slow build-up.

Seasonality

The AI sets all 12 months as index values (100 = average). It knows typical patterns for tax advisory, retail, tourism, B2B/SaaS, construction and hospitality. If no pattern is recognisable, all months stay at 100.

7. Global settings

AreaWhat the AI can set
Basic dataName, order value, profit margin, strategy period, city, industry, initial investment, ongoing management budget
Market factorsRegionality (0.8 / 0.9 / 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2) and market position (0.7 / 0.85 / 1.0 / 1.15 / 1.3), these levels only
GrowthChange in % for all channels at once, e.g. −15 % as a recession assumption
CLVRetention rate, order value per year, CLV duration, discount rate
GoalTarget number of customers for the goal back-calculation

The AI cannot activate or deactivate channels. New channels are active; they can only be deactivated by hand.

8. Follow-up prompts, field protection and marking

Follow-up prompts

You can send any number of follow-up prompts. Each changes only what it addresses; everything else stays. The AI knows the last 10 prompts of the current session. The history is kept only in the browser tab and ends when you close the tab or clear the history.

Field protection

Every field you have edited yourself is locked for the AI. It does not overwrite it, even if a different value would fit. The protection lasts until the tab is closed.

Yellow marking

Values the AI has estimated as benchmarks are marked yellow: this is an estimate, please check. Figures you stated are not marked. The marking remains across further prompts and disappears as soon as you edit the field yourself. With “Confirm AI inputs” you accept all values that are still yellow as checked, after a confirmation prompt.

9. Benchmarks

With every prompt the AI supplies benchmark ranges for all active channels (rates of the funnel stages, cost per lead, cost per customer). They are used for the assessment in the channel overview and in the validation. They are adjusted to industry and market region: DACH on YourValidator.de, international on .com, .org and .me. For unknown channels, PR/content serves as a cautious fallback. Benchmark fields can be overwritten by hand and are protected afterwards.

Benchmarks are estimates by the AI, not verified industry data. Your own figures always take precedence.

10. AI suggestion in the simulation (Pro)

In the simulation “Budget Shift” the AI proposes a new distribution of the monthly test budgets at the click of a button. Optionally you add an additional goal, e.g. “as cheap as possible”. Without one, the goal is to reach the customer target as cost-effectively as possible.

  • The AI only states budget amounts per channel. Reachable customers, goal achievement and marginal cost are then calculated by the tool.
  • It knows each channel's saturation level, marginal cost and budget limit (B*) and preferably shifts budget away from strongly saturated channels.
  • It does not present linearly calculated channels without a potential as an efficiency gain.
  • Action channels stay fixed and are not shifted.
  • The result is a suggestion to test, not an optimal allocation.

11. AI Interpretation (Pro)

The AI Interpretation drafts an interpretation of the calculated results, for a CEO / decision maker, a marketing manager or an agency: summary, overall assessment, assessment per channel, recommended actions and a note on validation. The interpretation can be exported as a PDF.

The interpretation is a text written by the AI and may contain errors. The calculated figures in the tool are authoritative.

12. Language

QuestionAnswer
Can I write in English?Yes, fully.
Can I write in German?Yes, fully.
Mixed input?Yes, the AI detects the language of the input.
In which language does the AI reply? In the language of the site: English on .com, .org and .me, German on YourValidator.de – regardless of the language of the input.

13. Limits

What the AI cannot doReason
Calculate or change resultsAll results are calculated by the tool; the AI only fills input fields.
Activate or deactivate channelsThis field is locked for the AI.
Create more than 5 channels per promptFixed limit.
Overwrite fields you have editedField protection.
Save or load plans, export, create a PDFThese are user actions.
Market factors between the levelsOnly the fixed levels are valid.
Remember beyond the sessionThe history ends with the tab.

Where you step in yourself

  1. Saving: the AI saves nothing. Your inputs are kept in the browser if you have turned on “Yes, save inputs”; saving plans, backups and exports are Pro features.
  2. Checking yellow values: replace benchmarks with your own figures or confirm them deliberately.
  3. Setting the source: choose “Measured”, “Experience-based” or “Estimate” per channel, unless you already stated it in the prompt.
  4. Checking the potential: saturation values from the AI are assumptions. The channel box shows what they do.
  5. Deactivating channels and choosing market factors between two levels are done by hand.

14. Example prompts

The following prompts work without preparation. The results describe which fields the AI sets; the tool then checks and calculates the values.

1 – Entering basic data

Accounting firm in Manchester. Order value $3,500, profit margin 45 %, strategy period 12 months.

Result: industry, city, order value, profit margin and strategy period are set, seasonality according to the tax advisory pattern.

2 – Filling one channel

Our SEO has 2,000 searches per month, 3 % click, 8 % become a lead, 25 % of those a customer. Budget $800 per month.

Result: all SEO fields are filled with exactly these values. Other channels remain unchanged.

3 – Several channels at once

Accounting firm in Chicago, well established. Order value $4,000, 40 % margin, 18 months. SEO: 1,500 searches, 2.5 % CTR, 10 % click to lead, 20 % lead to customer, $600 budget. Email: 5,000 recipients, 25 % open rate, $400 budget.

Result: basic data, market factors (large city, established) and both channels. Missing email rates are filled as benchmarks and marked yellow.

4 – Creating a paid channel

Add Google Ads. Daily budget $80, CPC $2.50, 4 % click to lead, 30 % lead to customer.

Result: paid channel “Google Ads” with $80 per day ($2,400 per month).

5 – Creating a referral channel

Create a referral channel Golf Club Riverside. 120 referrals per month, 35 % response rate, budget $300.

Result: referral channel with 120 referrals, 35 % response rate, $300 budget.

6 – Seasonality

January to March is peak season at 150 % each, July and August are weak at 60 %, the rest normal.

Result: all 12 months are set, everything else remains unchanged.

7 – Saturation with a potential

For SEO we consider at most 6 % average CTR achievable across the whole search volume. Our values apply to the planned budget. For email we have 8,000 addresses in total.

Result: SEO with max. rate 6 % and reference “planned budget”, email with upper limit 8,000. The channel box then shows saturation level, marginal cost and budget limit.

8 – Trade fair as an action

Add a trade fair: every year in May, one month, $15,000 per fair, 2,000 booth visitors, 15 % conversation rate, 30 % become a lead, 20 % of those a customer. Customers arrive from the following month.

Result: channel “Trade fair” as an action with start month, duration 1, yearly repetition, budget per action and a lag of 1 month.

9 – Halo effect

PR brings additional customers via SEO: about 15 additional SEO customers per 100 PR customers, from the second month, spread at 10 % per month.

Result: seo.halo_sources with from = pr, pct = 15, lag = 2, decay = 10.

10 – Recession assumption

Calculate a mild recession: growth −15 %, market position growing, order value $2,800.

Result: growth −15, market position 0.85, order value 2,800.

11 – Complete initial setup

Dental practice in New York, well established. Treatment value $600, margin 55 %, 24 months, initial investment $8,000. Goal: 400 new patients over the strategy period. We already do local SEO. Set up: Google Ads at $50 per day, referrals through a patient network and a health event once a year in September.

Result: basic data, market factors (metropolis, established) and goal. New channels: Google Ads (paid), patient network (referral), health event (action). Local SEO runs through the existing standard channel SEO. Missing values as marked benchmarks for the healthcare sector.

12 – AI suggestion in the simulation

Additional goal: as cheap as possible, paid at most doubled.

Enter this in the “Additional goal” field of the simulation, then click “AI suggestion”. Result: new test budgets per channel with a short reason; goal achievement and marginal cost are calculated by the tool.

13 – Source of values

Our SEO values come from Search Console and our email values from our CRM. The PR values are estimated.

Result: seo.herkunft_werte and email.herkunft_werte = “gemessen”, pr.herkunft_werte = “schaetzung”. Channels without a statement stay unchanged; in the tool they appear as “Measured” and “Estimate”.
